My Smoothie

Many of you have asked "What goes in your smoothie"? I thought this would be a good time to share. I love starting my day with a smoothie as a breakfast replacement. I prepare one every other day of the week using my Blendtec. This is the best and only blender you will ever need, very powerful,will crush up absolutely anything. I load up my smoothie with healthy nutritious ingredients that fill me up and keep me going!

Here is my smoothie recipe:

1-2c. almond milk or water- may need to add a little less or more depending on consistency.

Handful of frozen fruit- I mix things up between cherries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches and mango.

1 scoop Raw Rice Protein Powder- any protein powder that you prefer I just like a protein without cow milk.

1 scoop Greens Enerex- love this loaded with all kinds of greens, bee pollen and seaweed.

1 scoop Chia seed- superfood

1 heaping tsp. Coconut oil

1 heaping tsp. Raw Cacao

1 heaping tsp. Maca powder- superfood

1 heaping tbsp. Hemp oil

A couple handfuls of Kale, or Collard, Swiss Chard greens and half a lemon.

Handful of ice cubes

Blend away and Enjoy!
