Eat your way to 'Happy' hormones!

It's interesting how much hormones can play on our bodies and how we feel. You know the breast tenderness, heavy periods, mood swings, weight gain... Estrogen a hormone that if too much, too high  can cause these symptoms and more.

Estrogen dominates the first half of our cycle building the uterine lining. Estrogen makes things grow in our bodies-- our boobs, hips, at times to much for what we like. 

How much exposure are you getting from Zeno-Estrogens? Can be tough to avoid when can you imagine is another hormone found in so much we use daily! Everything from plastics, pesticides, petroleum-- skincare products, nail polish, perfume, hair care products, meats, milk, GMO foods, soy, tofu. When we reach menopause it's even harder to cleanse, remove the liver of estrogen.
